Eczema - The Best Kept Secret

Eczema - The Best Kept Secret

Your shower is probably not cutting it. The best kept secret - soaking your skin is the only way to remove stubborn debris and heal skin quickly.

The key is to use the right ingredients to penetrate and clean the skin. Using warm water can open the pores but water alone isn't always strong enough to clear the debris from the pores. The epsom salt works to soft the skin while the oil works to pull debris from the pores. Think of oil as like an oil pulling magnet. The rose extract and chamomile ensures that the red, irritated skin is smooth and calm for super fast and effective healing.

Fractionated coconut oil has a lower comedogenic rating than the common hard coconut oil. Fractionated coconut oil is liquid at room temperature and has extremely potent anti bacterial and hydrating properties. If you are treating eczema and acne at the same time you are probably hesitant to use fractionated coconut oil. Try before you decide. Test the fractionated coconut oil for 2 weeks. If you are still unsure use this recipe and replace fractionated coconut oil with argan oil.
